  • How do you make sure that people who are doing the tasks get paid?


    Go Linka work with cashless payments. The entire payment process is handled online. With our strategic partnerships we can also facilitate those without a bank account to be paid directly.

    Through our platform the fee is agreed between the two parties and confirmed by Go Linka. The payment is then held in an independent account whilst the task is being undertaken and released to the tasker once both parties have confirmed that the task is complete.

    All invoices, payment history and transactions are completed and recorded within your individual profiles. Go Linka has a payment guarantee in place to ensure that all work undertaken is paid and any disputes are raised directly through us.

  • What happens if I need to cancel or rearrange?


    We understand that plans can change and that every day is different. We therefore allow members to change or cancel tasks up to 24 hours before the agreed start time.


    We also like to keep things as simple as possible so all scheduling and communication can be done directly through the platform either web or mobile.


    Each 'link' has their own profile with their own calender so that tasks can be booked and managed centrally, it also means that hours are logged and no overlaps occur.

  • What happens if I have a dispute with my tasker?


    All doers are vetted and verified directly by Go Linka. However, should a problem arise we are always here to help. Disputes can be raised directly with us and we will act as a mediator. As our platform places transparency at the heart of our operations we hope that this will be rare but as long as all communication is undertaken within the platform we ensure all disputes are handled fairly.

  • Do you have any coupon codes available?
